The service
GuardMyMac is an anti-theft assistance tool provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
No recovery guarantee
GuardMyMac does not guarantee recovery of a stolen or lost device, nor the absence of false positives in alarms or locks. It is an aid, not an infallible system.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of hardware, theft, data loss or damages arising from use of, or failures in, the service.
Legitimate use
You must use GuardMyMac only on devices you own and in accordance with applicable law.
